• Reference the ‘Invasions Meeting’ for negotiated rate
• Keep all receipts for reimbursement
• Up to $500 for domestic flights, up to $1,200 for most international flights
• Ground transportation via Shamrock Shuttle or individual pick-up to be determined once we have all the flight information
