Thanks to the collaboration between STRI and Panama´s Authority of Aquatic Resources (ARAP), STRI´s Punta Culebra Nature Center is now hosting a new nurse shark. ARAP recently removed the fish from a local aquarium that did not have the most appropriate setting for this growing shark. The shark seems healthy and happy in Culebra´s Turtles Pool, and is attracting more children and visitors to the Center.
