As of November 01, 2008, Panama requires valid Yellow Fever Vaccination, to enter or leave the country for the following countries: South America: Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela. Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo Democratic Rep., Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leona, Sudan. Also, as a preventive measure, it is also recommended to all visitors arriving to the country and planning to visit East Panama, Darien or Kuna Yala areas in the Republic of Panama (at least 10 days before heading to those geographical areas).
